<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous drawing of a power supply plug, prevent cut-off of a branch breaker, and enable control or the like of an electrical appliance via internet from a mobile phone or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The erroneous drawing of the power supply plug is prevented since by means that a product name and rated power consumption of the electrical appliance which is receiving electric power from the receptacle are comprehended and displayed at the receptacle itself. Moreover, since a home server is capable of comprehension of using state of electrical appliance on the load side of the branch breaker, it becomes possible to prevent a use of the electrical appliance which brings about cutoff of the branch breaker.
