<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly output a point to note about a repair objective product in midway of a repair process, and to support the point to note to be executed. <P>SOLUTION: This repair management device 1 is provided with an information registration part for receiving, from a terminal device 2, customer specifying information of a customer offering a repair, product specifying information of the repair objective product, and information of the point to note, so as to generate repair indication information based on the pieces of received information to be registered in a storage part, and for receiving, from a terminal device 3, customer specifying information of a delivery side customer of the repair objective product received by a repairing point, and the product specifying information of the repair objective product, so as to register the pieces of received information in the storage part, while correlated with allocated reception numbers, and a collation part for receiving the information of the reception number from the terminal device 3, for specifying the customer specifying information or the product specifying information, based on the reception number, for specifying the repair indication information, based on the customer specifying information or the product specifying information specified therein, and for replying the information of the point to note in the specific repair indication information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
