<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell stack capable of reducing contact resistance of fuel battery cells while suppressing fluctuations in tightening load, and capable of downsizing in lamination direction. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell stack (100) is provided with laminates (10, 21, 22, 31, 32, 40) in which laminated components including a plurality of fuel battery cells (11) are laminated and load applying means (71, 72, 81, 82, 82) which apply loads to the laminates in lamination direction of the laminated components by utilizing an energized force of torsion bar springs (71, 72). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
