<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording sheet or the like of which the maintenance is easy, which does not generate wastes such as a cartridge, and in addition, can facilitate the management of the recording sheet. <P>SOLUTION: By the color-developing heating for a low temperature color-developing layer 13 at the time of an image formation, a low temperature color-development suppressing agent flows out from the inside of a low temperature color-development suppressing capsule 23 of a low temperature color-development suppressing layer 9. The low temperature color-development suppressing agent spreads a timing layer 11, and suppresses the color-developing function of the low temperature color-developing layer 11 by delaying the time.
