PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller connecting device effectively preventing noise by avoiding direct collision of adjacent rollers by a partition body. SOLUTION: The roller connecting device is attached to a roller, and is located in a turing passage of a linear guide way, and is provided with a plurality of the partition bodies and two connecting bodies. The partition bodies are equipped with two holding parts respectively, the holding parts are the hollow structures holding the roller, the partition body is formed on both sides of the roller, one side thereof is adjacent to the roller so as to hold the roller, the other side is a free end not abutting to other objects, the adjacent rollers are completely prevented from being abutted with each other by the partition body, and the connecting body has a strip configuration, and is positioned on both ends of the roller in order to connect the plurality of the partition bodies.
