PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily mount a surface panel to a surface of a body panel. SOLUTION: A duct panel 3 is fixed on a rear face of a body panel 1, so as to form an air passage 11 between the panels. A surface panel 5 is mounted on the surface of the body panel 1. An introduction cylinder part 43 opened at a rear part of a vehicle body along an approximately vertical face and having an air introduction outlet 43a communicated with an air passage 11 is formed at a joint part of the body panel 1 and the duct panel 3. A louver member 41 having a connection cylinder part 39 connected with the introduction cylinder part 43 is mounted to an air blow outlet 17 of the surface panel 5. An extension part 45 extending backward of the vehicle body and holding the connection cylinder part 39 of the louver member 41 is formed on the introduction cylinder part 43 to surround the air introduction outlet 43a. An approximate L-sectioned opening 47 for inserting the connection cylinder part comprising an upper-half opening 47a opened at a rear part of the vehicle body along an approximate vertical face, and a lower-half opening 47b connected with the upper-haft opening 47a, and opened diagonally upward along an inclined face inclined downward toward the rear part of the vehicle body is formed at the tip of the extension part 45 to be exposed to the surface of the body panel 1.
