The roof consists of individual self-supporting roof panels (10) made from concrete plates and connected fixed to one another along the ridge area (20). The roof panels on the gable side are fixed to the gable wall (14) along the edge and the fold work formed from the roof panels and which is rigid per se need be supported only vertically in eaves area on the building roof by a jamb wall (18). A secondary construction with assembly supports (30) connectable together or to an eaves wall through longitudinal struts can be used to assemble the roof.
