摘要 <p>The engine (2) includes inlet and outlet manifolds (4, 6), a controlled turbocharger (10) and compressor (10a). The flow of exhaust gas recycled (MEGR) by the line (8) is controlled by a valve (8a). The fresh air mass flowrate to the engine (MHFM) is determined. The total gas mass flowrate to the engine (MENG IN) is controlled to a desired value (MENG IN SOLL) by the valve (8a), as a function of the fresh air mass flowrate (MHFM) determined. The turbocharging pressure is controlled to a predetermined level (PENG IN SOLL) by controlling the turbocharger as a function of the exhaust gas mass flowrate (MVTG) approaching the turbine (10a) or the exhaust gas pressure (PENG OUT) at the turbine. Control is exerted such that the fresh air mass flowrate supplied is adjusted to a predetermined value (MAIR SOLL).</p>
