The arrangement has a bi-directional direct current/direct current (DC/DC) converter control designed as controller program that is made by a microcontroller, and power components directly controlled for a supply line over the converter control. An UltraCap capacitor is switched in series and parallel for use as a buffer memory. The buffer memory has short-time supply interruption in connection with the arrangement realized over a programmed microcontroller for optimized control of load and unloads phases of condenser-energy storage.
