A liquid droplet printing apparatus is provided to discharge small liquid droplets through a nozzle with maintaining the relatively same size thereof at short time interval and improve the integrity of a biochip and efficiency in manufacturing. A liquid droplet printing apparatus(101) comprises a water tank(20) receiving a solution; a capillary pipe nozzle(10) which is placed to be immersed into the solution and transfers the solution through the capillary force to a front end; a target portion(30) placed to be spaced apart from the front end of the capillary nozzle; and an open-type voltage applying device(40) applying voltage to the solution through a lead wire(41) directly connected to a conductive material layer of the capillary nozzle inner wall.
