A cathode material is provided to satisfy electrochemical properties, to be manufactured in an economical and environment-friendly manner, to ensure an easily controllable operation condition thereof, and to produce no pollutant. A cathode material includes: an electrochemical compound having an olivine or NASICON structure; and a conductive metal oxide. The electrochemical compound is in the form of powdery particles. The conductive metal oxide is attached to the powdery particles of the electrochemical compound. Each powdery particle of the electrochemical compound is surrounded by the conductive metal oxide. The conductive metal oxide is present in an amount of 0.1-5wt% based on the total weight of the cathode material. |
