A pin ball lock is provided to prevent a ball assembled in a body from being separated to the outside due to vibration by movement or an external impact by forming a ball hole. A pin ball block includes a body(10), a shaft, a fixing member(30), and a spring. The body includes a shaft hole, a ball hole, a male screw section, and a pipe expanding end. The shaft includes a ball recess, a pipe expanding protrusion, and a button. The fixing member includes a recess section and a button hole. The pipe expanding end formed in the body can be positioned on the recess section. The button formed in the shaft is installed in the button hole. The spring is inserted into the shaft and is installed between a protrusion formed in the shaft hole and the pipe expanding protrusion of the shaft.
