<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head high in adhesive strength to a shaft and adjustable in a real loft angle or lie angle. <P>SOLUTION: This golf club head 1 is formed by joining a shaft hole member integrally formed including a shaft hole, and another member. The shaft hole member is formed of a metallic material. The yield elongation of the metallic material is 15-40%. The tensile strength of the metallic material is 700-1,200 Mpa. The shaft hole member is preferably formed by integrally forming a pipe-like part 14 having a shaft hole as an inner peripheral surface, and at least a part of a side part 6. Another golf club head is formed by joining the pipe-like member and at least a part of the side part.
