<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a dimensional change when a flexible metal-clad laminate with the dimensional change suppressed during the processing of a printed wiring board, especially even when it is a half mill article, is manufactured by a lamination method and to eliminate a defective appearance such as wrinkles and a defective appearance after metal etching. <P>SOLUTION: A film-shaped joining member 5-15μm in total thickness in which an adhesive layer containing a thermoplastic polyimide is formed on one side or both sides of a polyimide film, when metal foil and an adhesive joining member are laminated by a heat roll lamination device having at least a pair of metal rolls, the tension of a film-shaped lamination member is made 0.1-1 N/cm. A process in which before the metal foil and the adhesive joining member are laminated, at least a part of them is brought into contact with a roll coated with a tape is implemented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
