<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set processing procedures for processing data at a transmission side and at a reception side respectively. <P>SOLUTION: An MFP (Multi Function Peripheral) receives designation of user identification information as the address of the data, receives the designation of the data to be delivered to the destination, receives a transmission source processing procedure for defining a plurality of kinds of processing to be performed with respect to the designated data, and then, generates associated data obtained by associating them with one another. When the input of the user identification information is received, the transmission destination processing procedure previously registered in accordance with the input user identification information is acquired (S102), and the data associated with the user identification information input by the relating data is acquired. A final processing procedure is determined on the basis of the transmission source processing procedure associated with the data acquired by the associated data and the acquired transmission destination processing procedure (S103, S104).
