PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moire elimination technology which can reduce deterioration in information of a pixel. SOLUTION: The image processor comprises: a means for inputting image data; a means for specifying a processing object region; a means for deriving a luminance value corresponding to each pixel based on the pixel value; a means for selecting one remarked pixel, a means for specifying the range of the luminance value of a substitution pixel; a means for selecting one substitution pixel, and a means for substituting the same color components for the pixel value of a substitution pixel; and the pixel value of a remarked pixel.
