PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad maintenance support system capable of quickly and effectively performing an operation of maintenance personnel involved in a railroad facility. SOLUTION: The railroad maintenance support system is equipped with a terminal information storage means that associates and stores the present position information transmitted from a plurality of portable communication terminal capable of being taken along by the maintenance personnel and the terminal identification information for identifying the transmission source portable communication terminal, a facility information storage means which associates and stores the facility identification information for identifying the railroad facility and the facility position information for showing the position of the railroad facility, a maintenance target area input means for performing a designated input of the maintenance target area, a read-out means which reads out the information regarding the portable communication terminal and the railroad facility existing in the position related to the maintenance target area, and an output means for outputting the read-out information.
