This vision system, With a single camera it is possible to view the egg flow. The system is for automatically removing spots of yolk from the albumen. It Uses camera- based vision system and with the vacuum removes even the smallest spots of yolk present in the albumen. The albumen to be inspected arrives into the system, a wheeled inspected using camera vision system. The inspection is made on the central body of tank, and the separation plate has some holes in order to permit a correct aspiration of the yolk spot recognized by the camera vision system.
