A method for soil adapting Drosera tokaiensis is provided to increase the survival rate and growth state of a plant during transplanting the plantlet of Drosera tokaiensis into soil, thereby mass-producing the Drosera tokaiensis all the year around. And an environmental-friendly ant repellent comprising an extract of Drosera tokaiensis is provided. A method for soil adaptation of Drosera tokaiensis comprises the steps of: (a) after cleanly removing agar from plantlets in vitro of Drosera tokaiensis, precipitating it in a sterilizer to surface-sterilize; and (b) after setting the plantlets in vitro of Drosera tokaiensis treated by the step(a) in a culture soil in which the weight ratio of peat moss and vermiculite is 2:1, soil-adapting it at a temperature of 25 deg.C and under moisture of 90%. An ant-repellent comprises a water fraction of Drosera tokaiensis, which is obtained by extracting Drosera tokaiensis with methanol, removing methanol therefrom under reduced pressure, adding water thereto to remove insoluble materials therefrom, obtaining an n-hexane fraction by adding n-hexane thereto, severely shaking and then leaving it as it is, obtaining an ethyl acetate fraction by adding ethylacetate to the remaining aqueous solution, obtaining a methyl chloride fraction by adding methyl chloride to the solution, and completely concentrating the remaining water fraction. |
