A printed circuit board and an LCD including the same are provided to supply the circuit line at an internal layer of the printed circuit board to minimize ESD(electrostatic discharge) noise introduced to a circuit line. A printed circuit board(30) is connected to one side of an LCD panel, drives the LCD panel and includes a plurality of layers. The printed circuit board includes a memory(31) mounted on the printed circuit board, a processor(32) mounted on the printed circuit board and applying a driving signal to the LCD panel by interworking with the memory, and a circuit line(35) connecting the memory and the processor. The circuit line is provided in an internal layer of the printed circuit board. |
