A one-way clutch is provided to secure good operation performance by obtaining durability in spite of lowering fineness of the one-way clutch, and to extend life by reducing total wear of the clutch. A one-way clutch selectively restricting reverse rotation of a rotation shaft coupled to a cam by a housing(10), a cam and a plurality of rollers comprises an elastic member(40), a ring(21) and a retaining ring(22). The elastic member is equipped in one side of an inclined surface of the cam, fixed by a spring pin(42) coupled to a spring pin groove so as to press the rollers. The ring and the retaining ring are coupled to a ring groove(23) and a retaining ring groove(24) formed in an edge of both side surfaces of the cam so as to support the roller.
