A method for extracting a plasticizer included in polyvinylchloride and a method for analyzing the polyvinylchloride are provided to facilitate the separation and recovery of the plasticizer, by using the difference of solubility between the plasticizer and the polyvinylchloride. A positive solvent is dissolved in polyvinylchloride containing a phthalic-based plasticzer, wherein the 30-70 ml of positive solvent is used for 1g of polyvinylchloride. A negative solvent is inputted into the resultant solution, wherein the 100-300 ml of negative solvent is used for 1g of polyvinylchloride. As a result of inputting of the positive solvent and the negative solvent, the polyvinylchloride is separated from the phthalic-based plasticzer through precipitation.
