A keypad with an integrated flexible EL sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enhance a clicking feeling of the keypad by bonding a polyurethane film on both surfaces of the EL sheet. A keypad includes an EL(Electro-Luminescent) sheet(100), a key panel(300), and first and second silicon sheets. A polyurethane film and a basic film are bonded with a composite film. An ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) layer, a fluorescent layer, a dielectric layer, a rear electrode, and a protective film are formed on the composite film. The key panel is bonded on an upper surface of the EL sheet using a silicon forming process. A transmissive portion with a various shape is formed on the key panel, so that the light from the EL sheet passes through the transmissive portion. The first silicon sheet attaches the key panel to the EL panel. The second silicon sheet is formed under the EL sheet. A protrusion for pushing a contact point of a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) is formed under the second silicon sheet.
