A procedure and a plant for production of elastic flexible pipelines, comprises an extruder (1) for obtaining a reinforcement (2) and an extruder (4) for obtaining a strip (5), and the strip with reinforcement (6) goes out from a head (3) and continues over the rolls (8) drowned in the water of cooler (7) and continuing over the driving rolls (11), where rolls (13) by means of their grooves enclose the reinforcement (6’) pressing the folded up flat endings of the strip (6’’) on the surface of a pin (15) and couple them firmly by rolling into a spiral of the pipeline (16). Elastic flexible pipeline is obtained by the process of rolling at bending the reinforced belt (6) around the pin (15) and by means of the roller (13) at constant bringing in hot air, temperature of which, at the outlet from the tuyere (12) is 100 ÷ 6000C, while the pressure of hot air is 0,01÷ 0,5 bar, and thereupon by means of the nozzles (15) the pipeline (14) is cooled by water under pressure of 2-6 bars and temperature 10-220C, which goes from 4-8 nozzles having a diameter from 0,5 to 2 mm.
