A manufacturing method for an insulated spring is provided to prevent an elastic steel wire spring from being exposed to chemicals by inserting the steel wire spring into a tube and allowing the end portion of the inserted steel wire spring to be sealed by the end portion of the tube. A manufacturing method for an insulated spring comprises a step of forming a steel wire having a certain diameter. A steel wire spring is formed by performing an annealing process relative to the steel wire such that the steel wire has elasticity, and winding the steel wire in the form of a coil. A Teflon tube having a diameter larger than that of the steel wire is formed such that the steel wire spring is inserted into the Teflon tube. The end portion of the steel wire spring inserted into the Teflon tube is sealed by the end portion of the Teflon tube.
