Method and apparatus for sorting containers

The method involves realizing sorting by an export of the containers of same category from the feed spirals (2,3,4,6,7,8) in a category-specific place. The export is initiated by a recognition system which applies a Radio Frequency Identification Signal for identifying the category. An independent claim is also included for a device for automatic sorting of containers.
