The device has a flat housing (1) with an air intake opening in a side wall and an air outlet opening (2) in an upper side (1.1). A metallic cooling body is arranged in the housing and includes a plate (3) that is provided with ribs or spikes (3.1), where a surface of the cooling body faces a surface of the housing. The plate contacts with heating units in a surface that is turned away from the upper side. An axial-blower (4) is arranged in the upper side in or in front of the air outlet opening.
