PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit a webbing to be firmly fastened to a spool of the type in which a torsion bar is passed through an inner hole. SOLUTION: A spool 50 has an inner hole through which a torsion bar 54 is passed, and a first slit 124 and a second slit 126 which extend parallel to each other in the direction of a hypotenuse on a cross section perpendicular to the axis of the inner hole are provided. The ends of a webbing 130 are passed through the slits 124, 126. The ends of the webbing 130 are folded back and sewn together, with a webbing stopper 132 rolled in therebetween. The webbing end provided with the webbing stopper 132 is engaged in the second slit 126. |
