PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a belt module for facilitating easy replacement of a loop belt of any form without fail or damage. SOLUTION: A belt module 1 is formed with a module frame 2 bridged with tension rolls 3, a loop belt 4 wound around the tension rolls 3 of the module frame 2, and a tension applying mechanism 5 for moving at least one of the tension rolls 3a forward or backward to apply or release tension on the loop belt 4. In manufacturing the belt module 1, a removable auxiliary guide 6 is fitted beside the module frame 2 so as to guide and fit the loop belt 4 on the module frame 2, and then the auxiliary guide 6 is removed. |
