Also described is a method of forming an interconnection component with integral anisotropic conductive elastomer material, comprising providing a connector frame (30), casting uncured material (26) onto connector frame (30), and curing the material (26) in the presence of a magnetic field, to integrally couple the material (26) to the connector frame (30), and create a series of spaced conductive columns through the material thickness.
