<p>A car door lock has: - a ratchet (1,2) with rotary latch and lock pawl; - a release lever (3) for the lock pawl; and - at least one drive (4-7) working on the release lever. The release lever is designed as an opening lever that can be coupled with the lock pawl and uncoupled from it. The lock pawl has a preferably right-angled contour (14) which is gripped behind for the coupling connection with the opening lever by a peg (17) located on it. The opening lever is connected with the drive in the sense of a crank and hereby executes pivoting, lifting and lowering movements produced.</p> |
