The nickel is deposited on a base material, to form nickel coated base material by nickel vapor deposition method. The nickel coated base material is processed, to form component. The base material is composed of ceramic fiber composite structure, milled metallic base structure and individual tubular element. The base material has open cooling channels (25) and closed cooling channels.
