Use of microcapsules for making paints and lacquers

<p>Suggested is the use of microcapsules having an average diameter of 0.1 to 25 µm, obtainable in that a mixture of actives and polyvinylethers is polymerised with maleic anhydride (MA), followed by a cross-linking reaction with melamin-formalin resins, for making paints and lacquers.</p>
