<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding method of a molten resin so contrived as to prevent neck-in and film edge irregularity and extruding equipment for executing the method and to provide a method and equipment for laminating the resin directly with a base at a high speed by applying the extruding equipment of the molten resin. <P>SOLUTION: The molten resin is extruded from a T-die main part and both side parts, while the discharge flow velocity of a resin film discharged at the exit part of a T-die 12 is made higher at both side lip parts 16b and 16c than at a main lip part 16a. The main lip part and the two side lip parts have independent resin film discharge openings respectively in the exit part of the T-die and the resin film to be discharged from the main lip part 16a and the side lip parts 16b and 16c is joined just in front of the resin film discharge opening of the lip part 16 of the T-die 12 before discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
