The connecting device (4) has a detachable locking device for locking a test position. The connecting device is designed in such a manner that a terminal block (1) in a notch of the test position contacts only the connecting device and not terminal contacts (5) of the connecting device. A spring arrangement is provided for a defined protection of a contact block (8) in the test position, where the locking device exhibits a rotatable latch.
