The shaft ( 10 ) of the machine ( 4 ) is further connected to a shaft ( 12 ) of the wheels ( 6 ). The invention is characterized in that said transmission device ( 1.1 ) comprises a starter system ( 7 ) mechanically independent of the electrical machine ( 4 ). Said starter system ( 7 ) is connected to the heat engine ( 2 ).
