A laver drying machine is provided to increase the dehydration rate by increasing the forming time of laver in the production cycle, and reduce forming defects and the time required to successively dehydrate and dry. A laver drying machine(100) comprises: a sub-horizontal conveying chain installed at a frame(110) to allow the circulating movement to a forming position of a forming part(120) along a dependant circulation track separated from a conveying track of a main horizontal conveying chain(170); a sub-driving part for driving a sub-horizontal conveying chain(180) to allow the intermittent conveying movement while repeating movement and stopping with a second unit intermittent conveying period which is set longer than a first unit intermittent conveying period of the main horizontal conveying chain; and a track converting part(160) for converting the conveying track of a laver net rack(102) so as to convey the laver net rack to the forming part by converting the track from the main horizontal conveying chain to the sub-main conveying chain and then convey the laver net rack by the main horizontal conveying chain after passing the forming part.
