Normally, a mobile terminal (UE) uses the Internet by accessing a CN through a base station (Node-B). Before getting on a train, the mobile terminal receives a get-off report and a get-on report from an RFID tag writer provided to the car of the train and reports to the base station (Node-B) that the user carrying the mobile terminal gets on the train. In the car of the train, the mobile terminal accesses a car-mounted AP by using a WLAN, Bluetooth, or the like, to allow the train-mounted AP to communicate with the base station (Node-B). With this, all the mobile machines in the car of the train can be handled by the car-mounted AP, thereby eliminating the need for the mobile machines to separately access the base station (Node-B). |
