The blade includes a sensor arrangement for detecting a roadside barrier, especially a fence or barrier with wires extending between posts. The arrangement comprises a contact device in the form of an elastically bendable plate or rod which is secured to the blade so that it protrudes sideways over a given safety distance from the front side edge of the blade and in a direction slanting backwards away from this edge. The device sends a warning device to the driver if this safety distance is reduced and the device comes into contact with the barrier posts. |
