A manufacturing method of a buckle for clothes and a buckle manufactured by the same are provided to complete a buckle body and a rotary shaft with one work and to reduce a manufacturing cost. A buckle for clothes includes a body(10) and a rotary shaft(20) that are formed by one molding process. The body is formed in a ladder shape. One side of the body is formed in a polygon. On both end portions of the open side of the body, hinges(11) having hinge holes(11a) are formed. A lower hanger(10b) is installed on the other side of the hinges. A center hanger(10a) is installed between the hinges(11) and the lower hanger. Hinge shafts(21) are formed on both ends of a rotary shaft(20) to be inserted into the hinge hole and to be rotated. A knurling process for preventing slipping is formed on the outer circumference of the body of the rotary shaft. |
