An extruding machine with co-rotating twin screws is provided to clean a bushing conveniently by using the jointless bushing whose length is equal to the length of a main body, thereby extruding various materials without wastes. An extruding machine with co-rotating twin screws comprises a main body, an extruding screw(200), a hopper(300), a drive unit(500), and a bushing. The main body consists of a plurality of units(10), which is a barrel divided into an upper part and a lower part about a bore formed at the center of the main body. The extruding screw driven by a motor is inserted in the main body to extrude material. The hopper is connected to the barrel of the main body and plastic synthetic resin compounding master badge, electronic material, medical material, optical material, and food are poured in the hopper. The drive unit has shafts each connected with upper and lower parts of the main body and rotates the shaft. The bushing is as long as the main body, and has a screw hole penetrating the busing and an insertion hole formed at the upper part of the bushing. |
