A vision apparatus having a selective irradiating function is provided to distinguish an error quickly with an analysis of relative less data by comparing a reference image with an image on a required region after photographing the required region of a subject. A vision apparatus having a selective irradiating function is composed of a semicircular cap(11). A camera clairvoyant hole with a small diameter is formed on the upper part of the cap. A plurality of holes are formed in a line at regular intervals at the circumference of the cap. A PCB(14) is fixed to the cap so that plural lamps mounted on a PCB are inserted into the holes. A subject is laid on the lower part of the cap. A camera is installed at a regular interval on the upper part of the camera clairvoyant hole of the cap. The vision apparatus sets an irradiation scope of the subject through the lamp by controlling selectively to turn on or off the lamp through the lighting device.
