A wire telephone, a method and a system for performing call forwarding by using an LAN(Local Area Network) are provided to enable a user to have no need to perform repeatedly operations of registering and releasing a call forwarding number when the user leaves a home or an office, thereby improving user's convenience in using a voice call service. A method for performing call forwarding by using an LAN(Local Area Network) comprises the following steps of: driving an LAN module at regular intervals(S320); checking whether an LAN input signal is received from the LAN module(S330); generating a call forwarding request signal when the LAN input signal is not received(S340); and operating in a call forwarding state for a certain time(S350).
