A turnover device for a cold rolled steel sheet is provided to increase the utilization range and workability by performing surface inspection relative to the cold rolled steel sheet while rotating the cold rolled steel sheet. A turnover device for a cold rolled steel sheet comprises frames(110) formed with through holes(111) through which the cold rolled steel sheet passes. A rotation gear(120) is installed at the inner side of the frame(110) and has a hollow section through which the cold rolled steel sheet passes. A fixing member(140) comprises a plurality of cylinders(141) and protrusions(142) to fasten two sides of the cold rolled steel sheet. A conveyor(150) is installed between the frames(110) to transfer the cold rolled steel sheet. A movable member(160) is installed at the bottom surface of the conveyor(150) to move the cold rolled steel sheet in the vertical direction.
