A mask for fabricating a display device is provided to compensate for the deformation of all grills forming each grill portion when an attraction force is applied, thereby minimizing a difference in deformation amounts among the grills. A mask(100) for fabricating a display device, particularly in a step for forming a material layer on a substrate, comprises a plurality of grill portions(112) including a plurality of grills(112A-1 to 112A-5) penetrating through a member, wherein a part of grill portions of the outermost grill portions has a part of inclined grills(112A-1, 112A-2, 112A-3). The grill portion including the inclined grills is one of the grill portions formed at a corner of the member. The inclined grills are present in a number corresponding to half or less of the grills positioned outside of the whole grills in the corresponding grill section.
