A glazing panel having solar screening properties and a process for making such a panel. A glazing panel comprises a vitreous substrate carrying a pyrolytically form ed tin/antimony oxide coating layer containing tin and antimony in a Sb/Sn mola r ratio of from 0.01 to 0.5. The coated substrate has a solar factor FS of les s than 70%. The panel is formed by chemical vapour deposition from a reactant mixtu re comprising a source of tin and a source of antimony.
