METHOD OF MANUFACTURING NANO SIZE PARTICLES BY ELECTROSPINNING AND NANO SIZE PARTICLES MANUFACTURED THEREBY

A manufacturing method of nano-particles by electro-spinning and nano-particles manufactured by the method are provided to mass-produce nano-particles of even size through simple process. A manufacturing method of nano-particles by electro-spinning comprises steps of: (i) electro-spinning(electro-spraying) a polymer spinning solution on the surface of the collector(3) which is a cylindrical conductor under high voltage by through the nozzle sequenced in the nozzle-block(2) having a round form or a C-form having an opened side, while flowing a nano-particle recovery solution on the surface of the collector(3) for forming nano-particles on the surface of the collector(3); (ii) after capturing both the nano-particles and a nano-particle recovery solution by capturing unit(6), separating the particles from the solution by screen(7); and (iii) drying the separated nano-particles. The nozzle is arranged in a line or in a diagonal line in the nozzle-block(2), and the angle between the nozzle and the perpendicular axis of the collector(3) is -45 to +45° or -20 to +30°. The nozzle-block(2) consists of at least one unit block, and does not move or moves upward and downward. The cylindrical collector(3) does not move or moves rotatably by motor. The average diameter of the separated nano-particle is at most 10,000nm.
