<p>The present invention is a method for implementing class of the communication service based on the user's request. The calling part originates a call request including the requirement information for the current class of service. The network equipment receives the call request, and detects the class of the current communication service within the requirement information, determines if the user-network interface of the calling side have the ability to be able to provide class of communication service, if it has, analyzes the requirement information of the current communication service class and the utilization of the network resource, gets the strategy information associated with the class of the communication service of the current call. The network equipment assigns the user-network resource for the calling part according to the associated strategy information, the calling part equipment establishes communication connection with the called part equipment. If it has not, it does not response to the requirement information of the current communication service class. The present invention implements the different requirement for the communication service class by the calling request as the calling part within the different situation.
