A floor board material is provided to water proof the floor board and to enhance durability of the floor board by fusing single veneer unit and thermoplastic synthetic resin boards by applying preset pressure while at the same time heating the veneer units and the synthetic boards to a predetermined temperature, thereby producing an upper surface layer unit of the floor material capable of resisting water and withstanding external impact. A floor board material(100) is made of plywood. The plywood is made of bonding plural layers of veneers(10) using an adhesive(30). In order to produce an upper surface unit(100-1) of the floor board material, an upper surface(11-1) of single veneer unit(11) is bonded to an undersurface(21-2) of a thermoplastic synthetic resin board(21) by applying pressure of 50kgf/cm to 200kgf/cm and at the same time heating to temperature of 80°C to 300°C, so as to liquefy the undersurface of the synthetic board to flow into plural minute gaps on the upper surface of the veneer unit, and into ridges on the undersurface of the board, and let solidify to fuse the undersurface of the synthetic resin board to the upper surface of the single veneer unit. An upper surface(22-1) of a synthetic resin board(22) and an undersurface(11-2) of the single veneer unit are bonded by applying pressure of 50kgf/cm to 200kgf/cm while heating to temperature of 80°C to 300°C, softening the upper surface of the synthetic board to flow into the minute gaps on the upper surface of the veneer unit and into ridges on the undersurface of the synthetic board, and then hardening to fuse the undersurface of the synthetic resin board and the upper surface of the singe veneer unit. On the top most upper surface of the synthetic resin board, wood grain design is decorated. |
