A torch head tip of a CO2 welding machine is provided, wherein the torch head tip enables a welding wire to be smoothly discharged to the outside without the welding wire being pressure-welded even when an end of a tip which is subject to a welding heat in the largest amount is expanded much by a high temperature. A torch head tip of a CO2 welding machine comprises: a torch head(1) to which a nozzle(2) is fixed, and in which a welding wire-guiding hole(101) is formed; and a tip(3) which is screwed to the torch head, and in which a welding wire-guiding hole(301) is formed, wherein a marginal space(3a) is formed in an end portion of the tip such that a diameter of the marginal space is larger than that of the welding wire-guiding hole to allow a welding wire(4) to move smoothly through the marginal space although the end portion of the tip is expanded.
